Prior to Admission
- Complete EKU's Admissions application
at www.eku.edu/futurestudents/.
- Submit a $30 application fee to:

- Request that an official copy of all of your college transcripts
be sent directly to the Office of Admissions. The transcript(s) must
be sent directly from the college(s) to EKU to be considered "official."
Transferring in less than 24 hours also requires official high school
transcripts and ACT/SAT scores.
A final official transcript must also be sent upon completion of any
courses in progress.

After Admission
- Within 10 working days, after being admitted to EKU, you will receive
a CARES Report (EKU's degree audit report) and other information regarding
advising and course registration.
- Evaluated transfer course work will be listed on your CARES report.
Contact your assigned academic advisor. Your academic advisor's contact
information is listed near the top of your CARES Report. For instructions
on how to view and interpret your CARES report, please click
here.
- After meeting with an advisor, reviewing your CARES Report and selecting
courses, the advisor will provide you a Registration Access Code (RAC),
which allows you to register for classes. Registration is completed
using EKUDirect, the University's web-based student data system.

- Advising and Registration programs are provided for transfer students.
You are strongly encouraged to attend these sessions. During the program
you will meet with an academic advisor, receive assistance in choosing
your courses and training in the use of the EKUDirect student data system.
You will receive information about advising and registration programs
from the Office of First Year Programs shortly after admission.
