Declared Student Advisors

Most faculty advisors have sign-up sheets outside their offices during course scheduling times. For appointments at other times call or e-mail your advisor.

Undeclared Student Advisors
(Richmond Campus Only)

Advisor Trac is currently only available to undeclared students who attend the Richmond Campus.

• Open Internet Explorer or Safari and go to https://advisortrac.eku.edu
• You may get a warning dialog box. This is a trusted site so you can just click the button that will let you proceed to the site.
• Enter your EKU ID or Social Security number as the User Name
• Log in
• Create a User Account, Click Make Appointment on blue tool bar
• ADVISOR: Select the person you wish to meet with from the pull-down box
• Select All Availabilities
• If necessary, change the date range and then click SEARCH
• Scroll down to see date availabilities and click on a time range for a date that you prefer
• TIME: On the next screen select a desired Start Time for your appointment
• Duration: For most appointments select ".5" hour (30 minutes); for LASSI follow-up appointments select ".75" hour (45 minutes); for career/major decision assistance select "1" hour
• Request Help In: Select the reason that best fits your need
• Click SAVE APPOINTMENT
• Click EXIT on the blue tool bar
